THE
Sage and Harmony Co.
A note from Lizzie

I'm glad you're here.

Part of why I built The Sage and Harmony Co. was to create something for people like you — talented, experienced leaders whose work deserves to be seen and whose time deserves to be respected.

One of the ways I show up for this network is as an advocate. A connector. Something of a PR wing woman. The better I know your work and what lights you up — the better I can represent you when the right opportunity comes along.

I also know how much fit matters in a work partnership. My hope is that by understanding your expectations, I can bring you something worth your time.

Thank you for your trust.

Day rate, hourly, or project-based — whichever feels right for how you work. A range is fine. This is confidential and shared only with you and Lizzie.

Two proud moments

Not your resume — two specific moments. A turnaround. A hard call. Something that worked because of how you showed up. These help Lizzie describe you to clients in the way that actually lands.

Where you won't thrive
Projects and contexts that are not a fit

We'd rather know now than discover it mid-engagement. Be honest — this protects you and the client. What kinds of situations, cultures, or problem types don't bring out your best?

A reference on deck

We won't contact anyone without asking you first. This just means Lizzie has a name ready when a client asks — and they always do.

Optional — only if you have something current and easy to share. A Google Drive link, Dropbox, or personal site all work. We'll never share it without asking.

Anything else
Anything Lizzie should know that we haven't covered?

Optional. Leave blank if not.

"I was the mom optimizing her pumping schedule around back-to-back meetings, wondering — quietly, constantly — if there was another way to work, another way to live. I stopped wondering and started building."

This network exists because I lived both sides. I know what it costs to lead in an organization during these times. And I know what it feels like to wonder if there's a better way.

There is. And I'm glad we found each other.
